Explain with textual illustrations.   Percy Bysshe  Shelley's revolutionary idea: Ode to the west wind is a highly metaphorical and allegorical poem written by the famous poet Percy Bysshe Shelley . The novel revolves around the relationship between siblings, Maggie and Tom.
